Frequently Asked Questions Do I require a credit card to make a reservation?
Yes. All reservations require a credit card, both for a deposit and security against damages.
Can I pay by cheque?
Yes. If payment is made a least 7 business days in advance of the reservation date you may pay by cheque. Additionally corporate clients with pre-approved credit may pay their accounts by cheque.
Do you require a deposit at the time of reservation?
Yes. Deposits are taken at the time of reservation and are required to be paid by credit card (except for graduations). For regular reservations a 25% deposit, for weddings a 25% deposit, and for graudations a custom payment schedule will be worked out based on 25%, 25%, 50% at the time of reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
All fees are fully refundable up until 14 days prior to your reservation, with exception to graudation services. All payments for graduation services are 100% non-refundable. For cancellations inside of 14 days prior to your reservation, but more than 72 hours 50% of the total reservation will be charged to the credit card on file. Within 72 hours of your reservation 100% of the total will be charged to the credit card on file.
What are the minimum hours for rental?
Depending on the function we set minimum hours for the rental.
Regular Reservations: (Transfers, Charters, Etc): 2 Hours Wedding Charters: 4 hours Graduation Charters: 8 hours if booked before Feb 1st, 6 hours if booked between Feb 1st - March 31st, 4 hours if booked between April 1st - May 31st, 2 hours if booked after June 1st.
